doola Alternatives for Non-US Founders in 2026
Quick answer
Before the alternatives, the case for staying:
doola's Starter plan is $297 a year plus state fees, and it renews at the same figure rather than at a higher one.[1] There is no first-year discount that expires. Among the options here that is an unusually honest pricing structure, and it is cheaper than ours.
What doola does well
Flat, non-expiring pricing. The same figure in year one and year five. Several competitors here lead with a discounted first year and unbundle afterward.
A low bookkeeping entry point.
doola's Pulse bookkeeping plan runs a 30-day trial and then renews at $300 a year.[2]
A genuine all-in option.
doola's Business-in-a-Box plan is $2,999 a year, or $329 a month, plus state fees.[3] It bundles formation, compliance and tax work into one number.
Clear state-fee handling. doola states that "State fees vary depending on the state, and are paid directly to the state through doola," which is the correct way to describe it. If those match what you need, the rest of this page is not for you.

Choose Firstbase if the first year is what matters
Firstbase's Start plan is $99, reduced from a listed regular price of $399, and it covers formation with the state fee paid separately.[4] That is the cheapest entry point here by a wide margin, with expedited EIN included. The trade is the agent:
Firstbase sells its registered agent service, Agent Autopilot, separately at $299 annually per state.[5] So year two is roughly level with doola rather than below it.
Firstbase also has products doola does not: mail handling with premium addresses, sales tax registration and filing, and R&D tax credit work priced as a share of the credit received.
Firstbase's Mailroom is $35 a month or $315 a year at Basic, and $50 a month or $350 a year at Premium.[6] One number worth knowing:
Firstbase prices tax filing for a non-US-owned single-member LLC at $899 annually per package.[7] It covers the pro forma Form 1120, Form 5472, unlimited 1099s and extension filing. If tax filing is what you actually want handled, compare against that rather than against a formation price.
Choose Stripe Atlas if you are raising US venture capital
Stripe Atlas is $500 once and $100 annually after the first year, and the renewal charges automatically.[8]
The Stripe Atlas fee covers Delaware incorporation with next-day expedited processing and the state filing fees, a company tax ID, founder equity issuance, the 83(b) election filing, document templates and $2,500 in Stripe credits for the first year.[9] Nothing else here includes the equity mechanics, and for a company on the US venture path they are the point. The Atlas renewal is the lowest here. Remember it incorporates in Delaware, so year two is that renewal plus Delaware's annual tax.
Choose Clemta if you want the address bundled, or you want Turkish or Arabic support
Clemta's plans are Essentials at $349 a year, Pro at $1,068 a year and Premium at $2,879 a year, each plus the state fee.[10] Its entry tier includes a business address with three mail scans a year, an operating agreement, compliance reminders and a free .com domain for the first year. doola's Starter does not bundle an address. Clemta Pro adds yearly state reports, federal tax filings and W-8/W-9/1099 management. That is a closer comparison to our own Growth tier, and it is cheaper. Clemta is also strong in Turkish and Arabic, which matters if you would rather deal with a company in your own language. We are English-only.
Where Prolify fits, and where it does not
Our Starter is dearer than doola's, and our Growth is dearer than Clemta Pro. Our prices are on the pricing page. We are not competing on price and this page is not going to pretend otherwise. What Growth buys is the operating layer: banking application routing when your country is on one provider's list and not another's, compliance workflows, annual report tracking, and bookkeeping coordination aimed at the Form 5472 data rather than at generic categorization. If your country clears the banking gates, your business is simple, and you are comfortable with three deadlines a year, doola's Starter is the better purchase and you should take it.
The wider field
This page covers doola's alternatives specifically. For all eight services in one table with every price retrieved and dated, see best US formation services for non-residents in 2026.
