Prolify is operated by Vectis Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Registered agent and state filing services are delivered through licensed U.S. partners.

Prolify is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Where a matter requires licensed counsel, we refer you to qualified counsel.

Not a CPA firm

Prolify is not a licensed accounting or CPA firm and does not provide tax, audit, or accounting advice. Tax filings offered through Prolify are coordinated with licensed tax partners.

Banking

Prolify does not provide banking services and cannot guarantee the approval of any bank account application. We prepare and route applications; each financial institution makes its own decisions on its own timeline.

Government timing

Prolify cannot control or guarantee processing times of the IRS, FinCEN, or any state agency. Plan features described as “priority handling” refer to Prolify's internal handling and document preparation only.

Service readiness

Services labeled “coming soon” or “waitlist” are not currently sold. Services labeled “partner-led” are delivered by third-party partners and scoped individually. Current labels appear on the Platform page.

Fees

State fees are charged by state governments and are separate from Prolify's fees. We quote applicable state fees before checkout. Add-on services are quoted before work begins.

Testimonials

Prolify publishes only genuine customer statements from identifiable customers, with their permission. We do not use fabricated reviews, stock-photo avatars, or paid fictional endorsements.

Data

Identity verification, payment, banking-data, and infrastructure services are provided through third-party providers. Details of data handling are in our Privacy Policy.
