For Founders Outside the U.S.

One platform to launch, run, and scale a U.S. company, from anywhere in the world.

Prolify is built first for founders outside the United States. No SSN required. No U.S. address required. No flight required. A real U.S. entity, a real banking pathway, real bookkeeping, real tax filings, and a real compliance calendar, instead of a filing service, a freelance accountant, a Reddit thread, and a folder of PDFs.

What the U.S. system gets wrong for founders outside it

The forms assume you have an SSN. The banks assume you have U.S. credit. The accountants assume you understand state filings. The compliance vendors assume you know what Form 5472 is. The generic providers assume you're awake during U.S. business hours. Prolify assumes the opposite, by default.

No SSN?

The EIN files on the non-SSN track, prepared to reduce avoidable rejections. Higher-tier plans include priority handling by the Prolify team; IRS timing can still vary.

No U.S. address?

We provide a real U.S. street address with mail scanning, used for state and IRS purposes and included in banking applications where accepted by the issuer.

No U.S. credit history?

The banking application is prepared to the issuer's requirements and routed to the bank most likely to fit your country and business: Mercury, Relay, and Wise pathways. No third party can guarantee approval; we make the application as strong as it can be.

Never heard of Form 5472?

We ask on day one. Where it applies, the filing is coordinated with licensed tax partners, before it becomes a $25,000 penalty letter.

Twelve time zones away?

The Operating Calendar and Compliance Copilot don't sleep, and every deadline tied to your entity is tracked from day one.

The credibility layer

A U.S. entity is not just paperwork. It's how a U.S. client signs your contract without procurement friction. It's how Stripe approves the account. It's how a U.S. investor takes the meeting. It's how the bank's annual review passes quietly. Prolify's job is to make your company look, and actually be, as clean as the domestic company next to it in the queue.

A note on what we are not

We're not a law firm. We're not a CPA firm. Cross-border tax positions, treaty positions, withholding, transfer pricing, require licensed judgment. We coordinate with licensed tax partners and refer to qualified counsel when needed. We're direct about this distinction.

FAQ

Yes. You do not need to be a U.S. citizen or resident to own a U.S. LLC or C-Corp, and you don't need an SSN or a U.S. address to form one. You do need a registered agent, a U.S. business address for filings, an EIN, and, for many foreign-owned LLCs, an annual Form 5472 filing. Prolify provides all of these, with tax filings coordinated with licensed partners.
