Resource library

Written by the people who file the paperwork.

We publish what we wish had existed when our customers were starting out: specific, current guides about running a US company from outside the US, and free tools that answer a question in a minute rather than an afternoon.

What is in the library. Four guides and sixteen tools.

The Prolify resource library holds four in-depth guides for founders running a US company from outside the US, plus sixteen free tools that check eligibility, estimate cost, generate a compliance calendar or scan an entity's health. Everything is free and nothing is gated.

16 tools that answer a question in a minute.

All free, none gated, each one built on dated official sources. They are useful before you buy anything, which is the point of them.

How we publish

Every page says who wrote it and when it was last checked.

  • Guides carry a last-reviewed date, not a publish date. A date that never moves is not freshness.
  • Regulated claims, meaning filings, thresholds, deadlines and eligibility, cite the authority they come from by name and link.
  • Where we do not know, the page says so instead of rounding the gap into confidence.
  • When we get something wrong we correct it in the open, and the correction stays on the record.

Country guides are being written. They are not published yet.

We are drafting country-by-country guides covering entity recommendation, treaty position, banking pathway and the mistakes that are common from each country. They are in review and not publicly available, and we would rather say that than link you to something that is not finished. Need one of these now? Talk to our team.

Read it first. Then decide.

Everything in the library is free and ungated. When you want the company itself handled, that is what Prolify does.
