Clemta vs Globalfy vs Prolify: Renewal Pricing Compared

Quick answer

The honest headline:

Globalfy's Remote plan includes the federal Form 5472 and pro forma 1120 filing.[1] Our own Growth plan coordinates that filing rather than including it, and costs more. If the filing is what you want handled, Globalfy is cheaper for it. Our prices are on the pricing page.

The plans

Price per year State fees Federal filing included?
Clemta Essentials $349 (billed annually at $29/month) Extra No
Clemta Pro $1,068 (at $89/month) Extra Yes, federal tax filings plus W-8/W-9/1099 handling
Clemta Premium $2,879 Extra Yes, plus monthly bookkeeping and quarterly CPA meetings
Globalfy Starter $588 Extra No, formation and address only
Globalfy Remote $998 Extra Yes: 5472 and 1120 pro forma
Globalfy Essential $1,308 Extra Yes, wider scope including 1040NR, 1120, 1065, K-1
Globalfy Scale From $5,028 Extra Yes, plus monthly bookkeeping and a dedicated accountant
Prolify Starter $397 Extra No
Prolify Growth $1,497 Extra Coordination, not inclusion
Globalfy is explicit about the exclusion: "State and government registration fees
are not included in the plan prices and vary by state." All three do the same and
all three say so.

Why the Form 5472 line decides this category

Failing to file Form 5472 when due and in the manner prescribed carries a $25,000 penalty.[2] Every other difference between these products is worth tens or low hundreds of dollars a year. This one is worth the Form 5472 penalty, which compounds after the cure window. The figures are on the Form 5472 page. So the first question is not price. It is whether the plan includes the filing, coordinates it, or leaves it to you. Compare that column before any other. On that basis, Globalfy Remote is the cheapest plan among these three that includes the federal filing outright.

Choose Globalfy, not us, if

You want the Form 5472 and pro forma 1120 filed for the lowest price. Remote, which also includes state registration, EIN filing, a US business address, registered agent, compliance calendar, bank account assistance, a named account executive, annual state renewal, and one call a year with a tax specialist.

You want Portuguese-language support. Globalfy is strong there and we are English-only. For a Brazil-resident founder that is not a minor consideration, particularly given there is no US-Brazil tax treaty and the analysis is harder than average.

You need wider filings. Globalfy's Essential tier covers 1040NR with Schedule C, 1120, 1065, K-1 and 5472, which is a broader scope than a single-member disregarded entity needs but exactly right if your situation has grown past that.

Choose Clemta, not us, if

You want the cheapest entry with an address bundled. Clemta's Essentials tier includes a business address with three mail scans a year, an operating agreement, compliance reminders and a free .com domain for the first year. That is less than our own Starter and includes more.

You want Turkish or Arabic support. Clemta owns those languages in this market. If you would rather resolve a compliance question in your own language, that is worth more than a feature comparison.

You want an ITIN. Pro includes a discounted ITIN service and Premium includes a free ITIN for one individual. We do not offer ITIN services.

You want sales tax handled.

Sales tax registration and quarterly filings sit only in Clemta's top Premium tier.[3] We do not sell that.

You want BE-13 filing. Clemta Pro includes it. Most competitors, us included, do not mention it at all.

Where Prolify fits

Clemta's plans are Essentials at $349 a year, Pro at $1,068 a year and Premium at $2,879 a year, each plus the state fee.[4]

Globalfy's plans are Starter at $588 a year, Remote at $998, Essential at $1,308 and Scale at $5,028, with state fees excluded from all of them.[5] Our own Starter sits between Clemta's entry tier and Globalfy's, and includes less than Clemta does at that price. Our Growth plan is more expensive than Clemta Pro and Globalfy Essential, both of which include federal filings outright. What Growth is built around is the operating problem rather than the filing: banking application routing when your country is on one provider's exclusion list and not another's, compliance workflows, annual report tracking, and bookkeeping coordination organized around reportable transactions. That is a narrower claim than "cheapest" and it is the accurate one. If the filing is your problem, the two companies above solve it for less.
